Austin, Texas - TriActive – April 22, 2008 – TriActive, Inc., a pioneer in SaaS for systems management, announced today that they have signed a Master Distributor agreement with Nexgen for Asia Pacific (APAC), Japan, and the Gulf (GCC). NexGen has incorporated TriActive Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore who will manage the TriActive partner program in the region signing Value Add Distributors, resellers, and service provider partners for TriActive's SaaS solution and MSP program.
