Systems Manager Buttons

The following table identifies some of the common buttons in the Systems Manager interface:

Button Name Action
Action Button Action Initiates an action, such as viewing groups or exporting packages or scanning namespaces
Left Arrow Button Previous Navigates to the previous ticket or moves specialists to roles
Right Arrow Button Next Navigates to the next ticket or moves specialists out of roles
Expand Filter Expand filter Expands report filters
Collapse Filter Collapse filter Collapses report filters
Create Button Create Creates new items such as report folders
Edit Button Edit Edits items such as assets
Remove Button Delete Deletes items such as system groups, end users from tickets, or distribution packages
Import Button Import Imports items such as reports or packages into the Community
Calendar Button Calendar Displays the calendar for selecting dates
Search Search Searches for items such assets and end users when working with Help Desk Tickets
Attachment Button Attachment Attaches a file, such as including a file with a problem ticket
PDF Export to PDF Exports report data to PDF
Excel Export to Microsoft Excel Exports report data to Microsoft Excel
CSV Export to CSV Exports report data to CSV
Launch remote control viewer Launches a remote control viewer session
E-mail remote control session to end user E-mails a remote control session to an end user
