Question: What about data privacy?
Answer: The system management information for your company is kept secured and private. The Data Center is SAS70 compliant and the facility's processes have been ISO9001:2000 certified compliant. TriActive aggregates anonymous statistics (no company, system, IP, user, identification, etc.), which are reported in the portal on the Community statistics page. The statistics are based on a subset of available data and there is no instance data contained in the statistics making them 100% anonymous. We have no affiliation with any software vendor, in particular Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc. that would compromise the install license count and usage associated with their software. Simply put, your data is your data, and is only available through the portal.
We periodically send TriActive newsletters as well as service and tech support notifications to enabled specialists via the email address in the portal. We do not sell email lists. All email is related to the TriActive service.
